ACRE Property Advisors

I highly recommend using ACRE. Jonathan and Alene Caldwell are a husband/wife team who run the real estate firm. They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and went above and beyond for us in the purchase of our Wellesley home. An added perk is that Alene, in addition to being a broker, is also a real estate attorney. This really helped streamline the process for us.

My husband and I worked with Alene during the purchase process of our condo in South Boston. We could not have asked for a better experience. She was credible, trustworthy, incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond without being asked. Alene caught multiple inconsistencies within our condo documents that we required the condo association to fix prior to our purchase. It was invaluable working with someone whom we truly trusted with our best interests and our money. We could rest easy knowing that she was acting as though she were the one purchasing the condo herself. We can’t recommend working with ACRE enough.

Alene and Jonathan, in case we haven't said this enough - thank you! I cannot believe how stressful and time-consuming this entire process was. You both went very much above and beyond your roles, and we cannot express our gratitude enough. We had no idea what we were doing, and needed our hands held (which you did). We will be forever grateful for all your help.

Alene and Jonathan, you made our dream home become a reality! It was an extremely difficult market; you fought for us every second, from beginning to end! You were always at our disposal, with amazing care, love, and attention to all our needs. We could not have done it without you. All agents should be like you! God bless you both!

Alene and Jonathan are a dream team! We are so lucky to have found them to help us sell our home and buy a new one. Every step of the way, they provided us with their expertise and helped to make our decisions easier. The process would have been stressful, but Alene and Jonathan made it a fun experience! They are pros at communicating with various people, always thinking many steps ahead to eliminate any roadblocks. They are super responsive and quick to react; we were able to line up both the sale and purchase within a week. I couldn’t have imagined this being done any better!

Alene and Jonathan Caldwell from ACRE Property Advisors are the consummate professionals. If you are looking for top-notch agents to sell or buy property for you, we highly recommend ACRE Property Advisors! You will be so delighted with your decision! We owned our home in Newton for 35 years, and it was a big decision to sell. Alene and Jonathan worked side by side with us and made the entire process effortless and comfortable every step of the way. They were creative with their marketing approach and had a thoughtful response to every question and concern along the way. Our home was sold the first weekend on the market with multiple offers. We know...

We were so fortunate to work with Alene and Jonathan Caldwell to buy our home in Lexington. They went above and beyond to help us find the right home for our family. As out-of-state buyers, they drove us around on numerous house-hunting trips. They gave us tours and provided us with ample information on the major Boston suburbs. When we were unable to fly in to see a property in person, they would tour the house themselves while video conferencing us on FaceTime. They were extremely patient every step of the way and promptly responded to all our phone calls, texts, and emails. It was truly a pleasure working with Alene and Jonathan, and we highly re...

Our experience with Alene and Jonathan Caldwell was absolutely wonderful. They handled all aspects of the sale of our Boston Condo in a professional manner and gave us great confidence at every step of the sales process. They helped with initial pricing and with the final offer. Their communication as to where we were in the process was clear and concise. When offers came in, they helped us to evaluate them and gave guidance as to the most likely offer to go to completion. They helped with inspections and other details during the sales process. I would recommend Alene and Jonathan without reservation. I would certainly engage their services again. T...

We had a great experience working with Alene and Jonathan on getting our new property. The market was extremely competitive, and with low inventory, the process of finding the right property took longer than expected, but they were professional, knowledgeable, provided detailed answers to all our questions, and proactively searched MLS and off-market listings to improve our chances of finding the right property. When we finally had our offer accepted, the closing process was the smoothest we had ever experienced. They coordinated with all parties and guided us every step of the way. We would definitely recommend Alene and Jonathan to our friends and...

Some family friends recommended Acre Property Advisors to my wife and me, and we couldn’t be happier they did. Alene and Jonathan gave us an introductory tour of the area to which we planned to move. Lo and behold, we put in an offer the very same day! The Caldwells were always attentive and available to help at a moment's notice, which, since our house search seemed to be fast-paced from the very beginning, was especially crucial. We were able to close in just a month! Thank you, Acre Property Advisors, for your guidance and advice, especially during the odd after-business hours, to get the deal done.
